I stumbled upon HaExcel today and thought "Wow! This sounds just like TxtSushi." After looking more closely it has important differences. It handles import/export between spreadsheet and database rather than directly performing queries on a set of spreadsheets. If you're looking to bridge spreadsheets and databases you should give it a look.
